• Advising clients and gradually taking over project management, including responsibility for their market-driven implementation.

• The development of innovative strategy concepts in an experienced team with scientific support, and the creation of inspiring presentations.

• Planning workshops for the customer-centered further development of projects.

• Responsibility for the further development of the market research focus of P8 Business Strategy, the definition, and creation of the customer panel and the monitoring of the ongoing implementation together with our IT partners.

• Maintaining existing customer relationships.

• Communicating agility as a PM methodology to our customers.

• Insight into the strategies, working methods and processes of regional players and international brands.

• A successfully completed degree with an interest or major in business administration, business design, IT, or technology.

• Practical experience.

• Interest in the use of quantitative methods (business plan, simulation) as well as marketing issues.

• Affinity for numbers, accuracy and analytical thinking skills.

• Interest in market research tasks.

• Statistical knowledge.

• Perfect German and good English, as well as very good IT user skills incl. the common statistical programs.

• Independent working style, winning appearance and commitment.

• Knowledge of PM tools such as MS Project, Jira, etc. is an advantage.
