Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich commissioned P8 to develop an employer brand and promote it with an image campaign.
Based on this, we developed an employer branding approach that finds people who can and want to achieve something special. This requirement for applicants is the main message: " You have secret skills", "You recognize the opportunities of Upper Austria", or "You always have the right solution at hand". The fact that this fits in perfectly with the Raiffeisenlandesbank is resolved by the message "So do we!". This approach is intended to break down the stereotypical image of bank employees in a sympathetic way.
The approachable visual language in the implementation with real employees of Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich also shows this. With the development of the common sender #teamraiffeisenoberösterreich, we created an image campaign that focuses on what the company and potential new employees have in common. . We not only conceived this campaign, but together with the client we created the the design, the photos and videos and played out the campaign on various online channels.
